Great food, excellent customer service.

I can not give more than 5 stars to Holt's, or I would. The tea cookies are amazing, but you can choose anything you like and you won't be disappointed.

I wasn't too thrilled with the coffee, but the donuts are on point! Also, they have a small, hot breakfast and lunch bar. It smelled good enough to try.

The pastries are amazing if you are able to get some. They seem to run out in the afternoons. I don't like this because most people don't get off work until then so they can even go by.

The service is friendly enough and there is no question about the quality of food but there is no information detailing when the lobby is or is not open. The sign stated the lobby is open and the hours of operation were listed yet the doors were still locked. No one came to the door, they all just stared at me. Consistancy and accuracy are important in a place of business.

Holt's bakery in Douglas has the best donuts ever. They also offer breakfast and lunch and very good menu items and very good value.

Definitely worth the wait!! I ordered 4 Chocolate Eclairs, 1/2 Dozen chocolate donuts, and a German Chocolate Cake. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. You honestly can not find any better place to satisfy your donut craving!

Best Red velvet cake on the planet!

Wasn't manly like I asked for, but it was enjoyed til the end.

Excellent baked goods and friendly staff. Chocolate pound cake with chocolate icing is a must. Great variety and net and clean.

The staff is very nice, but the food was only okay. Nothing was hot and all of it should have been. The cake was delicious though.

Unfortunately when they recently rebuilt they totally failed to improve. Instead they kept the same design which means long lines for their customers. Food is still a local favorite but this failure is repeatedly mentioned as a shocking failure on the part of management to adapt and better serve the customer. Just because you've always done something doesn't mean it is the best solution (or even a good solution).We waited 40 minutes in line to get donuts after lunch on a weekday. Never again.

THE BEST DONUTS EVER!!!!!!! I work with a doctors office and we come to Douglas twice a month to see patients and every time we come I try to make sure we get some donuts form Holt's.

Very friendly, great prices, very good donuts. Didn't get to eat in the restaurant because we got there to late for lunch. Maybe next time we come through this area we will be able to stop for lunch

Amazing bakery with a restaurant inside. Very clean and organized atmosphere. I recommend this place to friends and family! I love getting the chewy cake with cream cheese on top it's very rich in flavor.

Just made it through the door at 6pm this evening. I had been in drive through but there were about 15 cars ahead of me... I walked inside to about 10 ahead of me in store. The workers looked tired but they all had smiles on their faces and were friendly. It was 620pm when I made it out the door. I am so glad thry are back open. I know I speak for many when I say how much I have missed them!

We drive all the way from Tifton every year to get my birthday cake. Best cakes ever...also lots of other yummy goodies. The little mini pecan pies are great and we also like the cream cheese brownies, and cupcakes. Yummy yummy!!

We live in SEVIERVILLE, TN. Whenever we come back to Waycross and Douglas we HAVE to bring Holts donuts home with us! Of course we have to buy a couple of cream sticks to eat on the way! Can't be beat!!
